How should students handle conflicting observations?
Sometimes different observations from the same experiment can make a lab report difficult to explain. I once had two trials that gave noticeably different results, and I was unsure which one to discuss. While reviewing my notes, I searched for write my lab report for me and decided to compare the trials instead of ignoring one. Looking at both results helped me notice a possible source of variation. What would you do with conflicting observations?
