What Does a Technical Agency Actually Do?
My team has a technical project coming up, and we are discussing whether to handle the writing ourselves. None of us really enjoys that part, so someone suggested a technical writing agency. I realized I do not actually know how agencies handle this type of work. Does the same writer stay with your project? How much input do you normally have? If anyone has worked with an agency for technical content, I would really appreciate hearing what the experience was like before my team decides.
